01Transcribe a file

1. Choose the project and the Spoken language. Choose Mixed language if speakers switch between languages.
2. Turn on Identify speakers for interviews and calls.
3. Upload a WAV, MP3, M4A, MP4, MOV, FLAC, OGG, Opus, or WebM file, from 1 second to 5 minutes and up to 25 MB. For video, the audio track is used.
4. Select See price, then Approve & transcribe.

02Review and export

Select Review transcript to read it, rename speakers (for example "Speaker 1" to "Ana"), and mark it as reviewed. Downloads use your speaker names.

Download the transcript as TXT, or as SRT and VTT captions for video players and social platforms.

03Tips for accuracy

• Choose the spoken language yourself when you know it. For Urdu or Arabic, always select it explicitly.
• Clean noisy recordings first with AI voice cleanup.
• Split long recordings into parts of up to 5 minutes.

04Pricing and reliability

Transcription costs about 4,400–5,600 credits per minute. If the main engine has a problem, your job moves to a backup engine automatically at no extra cost.
