Privacy Policy
This policy explains what SoftApex Technologies SMC LTD collects when you use VoiceLamp, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information or use your content to train AI models.

01What we collect
- Account details from your sign-in: your email address, and with Google also your name and Google account identifier. We never receive or store a password.
- Your content: recordings, videos, scripts (including podcast scripts), transcripts, prompts, lyrics, and the audio we produce for you.
- Invitations: if someone invites you to VoiceLamp, the email address they entered and the plan or credits they offered.
- Voice permission records: the voice owner's name, your relationship to them, intended use, and the sample and evidence you provide for review.
- Billing details: plan, subscription status, and credit history. Paddle handles card and payment details; we never see your full card number.
- Usage and security records: jobs, prices, credit movements, and an audit log of important actions.
02How we use it
- To run the jobs you approve and deliver the results.
- To price work, manage credits, and process subscriptions.
- To review voice permission requests and prevent misuse.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems, and meet legal duties.
We use your content only to provide the service to you. We process it on the basis of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in a safe service, and legal obligations.
03Who processes your data
When you run a job, the file or text needed for that job is sent to the provider that performs it. Providers process it under their own terms and data-protection commitments.

04How long we keep it
- Your files stay in your private project until you delete them. Deleting a work item removes its source and output files.
- Workspace owners can turn on automatic deletion in Settings → Retention to remove sources and outputs after a set number of days.
- Price, credit, and audit records are kept for accounting and security, without the audio itself.
- Some providers keep processed files for a short time under their own retention rules.
05Security
Files are stored privately and are only served to members of your workspace. Access is checked by the server on every request. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you suspect a problem.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or limit some processing. Email privacy@voicelamp.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
08International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
09Children
VoiceLamp is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10Changes
We will post updates here with a new date and tell you about material changes.
