Account, sign-in, and invitations
How email-link and Google sign-in work, what invitations do, and how to manage your personal information.
01Signing in
VoiceLamp uses Google or a one-time email link to sign in. We never see or store a password. A sign-in link works once and expires after 12 hours; if it has expired, request a new one. Your session lasts up to 30 days; sign out from the studio menu at any time.
02Accepting an invitation
The VoiceLamp team may invite you by email, sometimes with a plan or bonus credits included.
- Open the link in the email. Links work for 7 days and can be used once.
- Sign in with an email link or Google using the same email address the invitation was sent to.
- Choose Accept and open my studio. The plan and credits are added straight away.
If you sign in normally with the invited email, the invitation is applied automatically even if you never open the link. If the link has expired, ask for a new one.
03Your workspace
Each account has its own private workspace. Shared team workspaces are not available yet.
04Your data and account
To access, export, or delete your personal information, or to close your account, email privacy@voicelamp.com from the email you sign in with. See the Privacy Policy.
If you see "This account is suspended", contact support@voicelamp.com.
