Credits, plans, top-ups, and refunds

01Plans

One credit is one character of Economy voice; other tools use more credits, and the studio shows the exact price first. Pay in rupees with JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or a card (each payment covers one month), or in USD by card through Paddle, our merchant of record (renews monthly). Credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.

02Credit top-ups

Buy credits once, with or without a plan: Rs 1,400 for 1M credits, from Rs 500 up to Rs 100,000. Card payments in USD cost the same amount converted. See pricing for what credits buy.

03How credits are spent

• Every job shows its price before it runs. Nothing is charged until you approve.
• If a job fails, its credits return to your balance automatically.
• Credits do not expire while your account is open.

04Cancel your plan

Card plans: in Billing, select Manage in Paddle to cancel. You keep the plan and your credits until the end of the period you paid for. Rupee plans cover one month per payment and simply end unless you pay again.

05Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you have used no more than 10% of its credits, or for a renewal you have not used. Email support@voicelamp.com with your sign-in email and Paddle receipt. Full details are in the refund policy.
