Projects, history, and automatic deletion

Find past results, delete work permanently, and set files to be removed automatically after a number of days.

01Project history

Every result appears in its project's history with its status, date, and credit cost. Projects show the latest items first; choose Show all to see everything.

02Deleting work

Select Delete on a history item to permanently remove its files and text. Jobs that are still running cannot be deleted. Price and credit records are kept for accounting, without the audio.

03Automatic deletion

Workspace owners can turn on automatic deletion in Settings → Retention. Set how many days to keep source files (default 30) and results (default 90), from 1 to 3,650 days. Cleanup runs daily.

  1. Turn retention on and set the number of days.
  2. Select Preview cleanup to see what would be removed.
  3. Optionally select Delete eligible media now.

Voice permission records and voice samples are not removed by automatic deletion.
